COMPANY PROFILE
EVERTOP ALUMINUM (EVERTOP INDUSTRY & TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.) is a professional manufacturer specializing in aluminum extrusion, aluminum products processing and custom metal fabrication, primarily serving international markets.
Our manufacturing facility covers 324,000 m², with more than 100 production lines and processing machines, including 50 aluminum extrusion lines, and an annual production capacity of up to 50,000 tons of aluminum profiles.
ALUMINUM EXTRUSION
We manufacture custom aluminum profiles in various alloys and specifications, with in-house die development, extrusion and heat treatment capabilities for both standard and customized profiles.
ALUMINUM PROCESSING
We provide comprehensive deep-processing services for aluminum profiles, tubes, plates and custom aluminum components, including precision cutting, CNC machining, drilling, milling, punching, bending, tapping, welding and assembly.
IN-HOUSE SURFACE FINISHING
Our own surface treatment facilities provide anodizing, sandblasted anodizing, electrophoresis, powder coating, wood grain transfer, polishing and brushing, allowing us to maintain consistent appearance, performance and quality.
METAL FABRICATION
We also provide customized processing for stainless steel, carbon steel and other metal products, covering cutting, forming, welding, CNC machining, surface finishing and assembly.
ONE-STOP IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING
From die development, extrusion and machining to surface finishing, assembly and packaging, key manufacturing processes are completed in-house without outsourcing. This gives us better control over quality, production schedules, cost and delivery consistency.
