Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

We operate as an integrated aluminum manufacturing and fabrication enterprise. We manage die tooling development, aluminum profile extrusion, surface treatment, CNC precision machining, and export packaging directly under our operational oversight, ensuring end-to-end quality control and transparent manufacturing lead times.

Can you manufacture aluminum profiles based on our drawings or physical samples?

Yes. Over 90% of our production volume consists of custom-engineered extrusions and fabricated components. We accept standard 2D drawings (PDF, DWG, DXF) and 3D CAD models (STEP, STP, IGES, SLDPRT). If you only have a physical sample, our engineering team can perform precision CMM scanning and reverse engineering to create CAD drawings for your confirmation.

What specific information is required to receive an accurate quotation?

To provide a rapid and detailed quotation, please provide: (1) 2D/3D drawings with dimensional tolerances; (2) Preferred aluminum alloy and temper (e.g., 6063-T5, 6061-T6); (3) Surface finish and target coating thickness (e.g., Anodized 15µm, RAL Powder Coat); (4) Secondary machining requirements (cutting length, CNC holes, tapping); (5) Estimated order quantity or annual volume; (6) Preferred delivery terms (FOB, CIF, DAP).

What is the typical Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For custom profile tooling, the standard MOQ typically ranges from 500 kg to 1,000 kg per section, depending on profile size and complexity. For existing catalog dies or standard T-slot profiles, smaller trial quantities can be arranged. We evaluate MOQ flexibly based on long-term project potential.

How long does custom die tooling and sample extrusion take?

Standard custom extrusion die manufacturing and first-article sample extrusion typically take 10 to 15 business days. Once the first-article sample is approved by your team, mass production lead times generally range between 15 and 25 business days depending on order volume and secondary fabrication scope.

Can you provide samples before bulk production?

Yes. For custom extrusion projects, we provide initial trial samples extruded from the new die for your dimensional inspection and assembly testing. Bulk production proceeds only after formal client written sign-off on the first-article sample.

What payment terms are available for international orders?

Standard commercial terms for custom tooling require 100% die cost deposit prior to steel fabrication. For volume production orders, standard terms are T/T (30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance against bill of lading copy) or irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) for verified large-scale enterprise contracts.

What surface finishes and treatments can you provide?

We offer an extensive selection of architectural and industrial finishes: (1) Anodizing in Clear, Silver, Champagne, Bronze, Titanium, and Black (10–25µm); (2) Architectural Powder Coating (Qualicoat standard in full RAL chart); (3) PVDF / Fluorocarbon 2-coat and 3-coat liquid spray (AAMA 2605); (4) Sublimated Wood Grain heat transfer; (5) Sandblasting and Bright Dip chemical polishing; (6) Clean Mill Finish.

How is quality inspected throughout the manufacturing cycle?

Quality control is implemented at every stage: (1) Spectroscopic chemical composition verification on incoming raw billets; (2) Continuous online extrusion speed/temperature monitoring; (3) Dimensional tolerance checks using optical comparators, calipers, and CMM; (4) Surface coating adhesion, film thickness, and gloss tests; (5) Pre-shipment batch inspection reports with material test certificates (MTC 3.1).

How are products packaged to prevent damage during ocean container transport?

We design packaging according to profile geometry and surface sensitivity: individual PE protective film on visible faces, high-strength shrink wrapping, EPE foam interleaving, corner edge guards, and solid steel-reinforced fumigated timber crates compliant with ISPM 15 export regulations. We also provide CAD container loading plans to maximize container utilization safely.
