Extrusion, Machining & Surface Processing Scope
Detailed overview of our tooling, extrusion, finishing, and mechanical fabrication departments.
Aluminum Extrusion
Custom extrusion capabilities producing solid, semi-hollow, and complex multi-void hollow profiles.
We support custom aluminum extrusion across various profile sizes and cross-sectional geometries. Utilizing quality aluminum alloy billets (6000 and 7000 series), our extrusion lines ensure uniform metallurgical structure and consistent mechanical properties.
Extrusion parameters—including billet preheating temperature, extrusion speed, and precise quench rate (air or water mist cooling)—are strictly controlled to ensure optimal grain structure and mechanical strength after artificial aging (T5/T6).
